For clients who travel frequently or prefer the flexibility of virtual training from home, I offer private FaceTime sessions designed to maintain consistency and precision from anywhere in the world.
Each session is structured to maximize efficiency - integrating corrective exercise, functional strength, as well as balance and mobility principles to ensure immediate results. My eye for detail and decades of experience translates seamlessly through the screen.

*6:00am - 90min block of Strength Training:

*1:00pm - 45min block of Flexibility Training:
Enjoy mobility exercises to enhance posture, joint health, recovery, and overall physical longevity.
