For clients who prefer the privacy and efficiency of training in their own home, I provide a customized, one-on-one experience designed to immediately improve muscular strength and cardiorespiratory endurance, while helping shift your mindset towards understanding that optimal physical fitness and healthy lifestyle choices are essential to your longevity, and quality of life.
Each program begins with a thorough movement and flexibility assessment to safely identify your strengths and weaknesses. This gives us a clear baseline in determining our micro to macro strategy in reaching your goals.

For clients who travel frequently or prefer the flexibility of virtual training from home, I offer private FaceTime sessions designed to maintain consistency and precision from anywhere in the world.
Each session is structured to maximize efficiency - integrating corrective exercise, functional strength, as well as balance and mobility principles to ensure structural alignment. My eye for detail and decades of experience translates seamlessly through the screen.
